He began his professional journey after completing his Master’s degree in Microbiology and has since played a pivotal role in building science-driven nutraceutical solutions. Prior to founding NIMS Herbals, he held key positions at reputed organizations including Medreich Limited, Sami Labs Ltd, and The Himalaya Drug Company, where he gained extensive exposure to global-quality manufacturing, compliance frameworks, and research-driven product development.

Shamsia Sultana is an accomplished research and development professional with more than fifteen years of experience in the nutraceutical industry. She began her career as a Research Scientist specializing in microbiology and immunology after completing her Master’s degree in Biotechnology.
Her expertise spans microbiological research, probiotics, and product innovation. She has contributed to peer-reviewed scientific publications and has played a key role in advancing research-led nutraceutical solutions. Prior to co-founding NIMS Herbals, she was associated with The Himalaya Drug Company, where she gained strong industry exposure in applied research and development.

Dr Irfanulla Sharieff is a senior biotechnology professional specializing in probiotic and enzyme development. He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and brings over two decades of experience as a scientist and business management professional.
His expertise includes probiotic and prebiotic technologies, operations management, project execution, budgeting, market research, and large-team leadership. Dr Sharieff has a proven track record of building and scaling technology-driven businesses. He is a certified Corporate Director from the Institute of Directors (IOD) and a certified Internal Auditor.
At NIMS Herbals, he leads technical strategy, product innovation, and operational excellence across development and manufacturing functions.
The Quality Assurance Head at NIMS Herbals is a biotechnology graduate and microbiologist with 17 years of industry experience in fermentation processes, auditing, and API testing. He is responsible for ensuring that all products consistently meet stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000, and a certified auditor with the NSF Committee and the International Drug Association. His expertise spans Quality Assurance, Quality Control, regulatory audits, customer audits, and compliance with GMP, cGMP, GLP, ICH, and ISO guidelines applicable to the API and pharmaceutical industries.
